Finio ("the App") is developed by Kabir Wadhwani. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Email address and name for account creation
- Username chosen by you, visible to other users
- Usage data, including features used and screens viewed
- Chat messages sent in PulseRooms and direct messages, stored to enable the community feature
What We Do Not Collect
- No real financial data
- No payment information
- No bank or brokerage account details
All trading within Finio uses simulated demo money only. No real money is involved at any point.
How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account
- To enable community features such as rooms, messaging, and profiles
- To improve the app experience
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to any third parties. Stock market data is provided by third-party financial data providers.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Children's Privacy
Finio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
